Thai Fitness is fitness via Muay Thai. I've been training in Muay Thai for over 15 years and it's my passion.
While training over the years, I've noticed quite a few people coming along for the first time and absolutely loving it, however, as soon as sparring comes into play it puts them off and they no longer want to take part. Overtime classes get smaller as people disappear and do not come back. To me, that is a shame as they have stopped doing something that initially gave them so much satisfaction, something they were loving doing because of one aspect of the class.
So, I set Thai Fitness up for those who want to learn the art of Muay Thai without the fighting, essentially doing it solely for the fitness and the fun of it. Of course, if you wanted to spar then that would be ok too, but it would only be with me or anyone else who would like too. Their is no pressure to spar it is totally your own decision ! We offer a supportive and fun environment.
